Refund Policy

Every product in this shop is a digital download, delivered the moment payment clears. All sales are final and no refunds are available.

Why there are no refunds

Once a file is on your device, there is no way to return it. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and agree to give up the 14-day right to cancel once the download starts.

Before you buy

Read the product description, the page count and the file format. If you have a question about a product, email ktabachka@gmail.com before you pay.

If a file will not open

Email ktabachka@gmail.com with your order number. A working copy is sent to you.

Lost your download link

Links stay in your order confirmation email. If the email is missing, write to the address above with the email you used at checkout, and the files are sent again.
