Therapy Worksheets and Workbooks

It is late, the house is quiet and the same thought has circled for an hour. A worksheet puts the thought on paper, with a question to answer and one next step. These workbooks cover trauma and grief, anxiety, ADHD, relationships, self-worth and tools for children and teens. Use them on your own, or bring pages to your therapy sessions. They teach and structure reflection. They do not treat trauma or replace therapy. If you feel at risk, contact your GP or a crisis service first.

Choose a workbook by the problem you want to solve

Pick the page closest to tonight. Flashbacks or a recent loss: trauma, PTSD and grief workbooks. A body stuck in alarm: anxiety and stress guides. Unfinished tasks and lost focus: ADHD worksheets. The same argument on repeat: relationship and attachment workbooks. Shame and harsh self-talk: self-esteem worksheets. A young person with strong feelings and few skills for them: worksheets for teens and children.

How to get results from a workbook

Print ten pages, not two hundred. Set twenty minutes, three times a week, at the same table. Write by hand where possible, because handwriting slows a thought down enough to look at it. If you see a therapist, bring the finished pages to your session.

Questions buyers ask

Do therapy worksheets work without a therapist?

A worksheet gives structure to self-reflection and teaches skills such as grounding or thought records. It does not treat trauma or replace therapy. If you feel at risk, contact your GP or a crisis service first.

Do I need a printer?

No. The PDFs open on a phone, tablet or laptop. Many people print only the pages they plan to write on.
